There are numerous posts about non-refunded tuition, withholding of transcripts etc. Closing the New Jersey office is a tactic to avoid civil litigation. However, there must be dozens of NJ residents who can go to the Attorney General's office since St. Chris conducted business in that state and had a business license. Criminal fraud is what you got; get a hot young AG who wants to pursue this case. If a St. Chris student had TERI or any other sort of loan, contact that source and report St. Chris in writing. Bob

good luck with that. I am sure a certain judge will roll his eyes and not ask you why you didn't enjoin the other 150 students + who already have submitted claims. Enjoy paying for your own atty too. They can be quite expensive. And if they are pro bono, kiss 40% goodbye.

to the person who is speaking ill about what is happing to us in St. chris if you cann't help us then just be quite , because ur words are not helpfull, nor pleasent to speak at this time when everyone is trying to fight this war
