Does anyone know if AUA is recognized by the state of Connectucut for residency and/or licensure?

Hey NYGIRL117,
Best bet is to see if they have a website for the medical board. That will list the requirements they use for foreign medical schools. I think I have been to 5 or six state board sites, Ga, Ca, Ny, SC, and Al. Only Ca has a list of approved schools. Ny has rules you need to follow for clincal rotations for unapproved schools, 12 week max. That is why AUA getting Ny approval will open the door to 12+ weeks of Ny greenbook clinical rotations and then open the door to better Ny residencies.
As an FMG - it is up to ourselves to know and follow the rules for each state and make sure you have followed the state's rules to the letter.
