I think the answer is posterior triangle of the neck since the artery is in the back of the neck.

    A. Digastric
    B. Lateral pterygoid
    C. Medial pterygoid
    D. Mylohyoid

    My guess is lateral pterygoid

    This one I know

In a congenital hydrocele, a patent processus vaginalis permits flow of peritoneal fluid into the scrotum. Indirect inguinal hernias are associated with this type of hydrocele.

    4. A patient who has suffered severe chest trauma in an automobile accident is found to have fluid in the right pleural space. D. Middle and superior mediastinum
    E. Posterior and superior mediastinum

This one I know, too. The thoraic duct is in the posterior and superior mediastinum (E)
