Hey everyone. I've tried to upload pictures for my question but I've had a lot of trouble. The picture was a slice of the Brainstem showing a lesion on the spinal tract of five at the caudal medulla. The second picture was at the same level but the lesion was on the spinal nucleus of five. Am I correct in thinking that both these lesions would cause loss of pain and temperature ipsilaterally? However, if the lesions were more rostral, it would be contra lateral since the crossing happens at the caudal medulla?
