its not that bad... we aren't talking billions of mosquitos...

The only time u really need to be careful is from the hours of 5pm to 7pm. They will eat u alive if u are outside.

Don't worry about any other times.. just wear pants.

Okay, this is St. Martin, not Kenya. Mosquito nets are not used here. You only have to worry about being bitten in the lecture halls if you're there at night (that and cockroaches and spiders), so if you're there at night for some type of meeting, wear long pants, shoes and probably something with sleeves.

After a while, you'll get used to the mosquitos, so don't worry.

Insense (sp?) will drive mosquitos nuts. They do not like it. You can use that at night if you're worried.

personally, i got bit all over for the first week or so, and then after that it wa sa rare occurence...maybe i got immunity...

i've seen roaches on lecture hall 1... they were HUGE!!!

I've seen rats that could little kittens!

mosquitos are usually out in the evenings around 5-7pm, mostly during summer/fall time. other than that, i never really got bitten by them.

If you're from the south or anywhere rural and warm for that matter, then the mosquitos aren't that bad at all.

i've also seen the roof of lecture hall 1 fell down while we were taking the path final. pretty funny and freaky, luckily no one was hurt.
