    If you don't want speculation and want to know exactly how MEAS does things, you should call MEAS instead of asking on here! This seems fairly common sense to me, but everyone always seems to want to take guesses on here instead of just calling and getting the answer from the source.

    I don't think so. I took it twice.. my first score didn't seem to be factor.

    Most US programs (when I applied) took the best combination of scores. Have no idea what MEAS does.
