    Hey all,

Just a bit of advice for your future licensure.....save copies of ALL of your elective evaluations. Also make extra copies of your diploma and ECFMG certification.

I was lucky enough to have done all that but if not applying for licensure would have been tough.

Also recommend using FCVS for licensure.....makes it a lot easier

Washington state was easy to get a full license... Idaho according to my friend was a pain in the butt.

Dude, you're not 23 anymore. You need to change your nickname.

But what if "23" is his/her birth year?

Elective evaluations? Is this referring to the eval that the attending submitted to MEAS? I never had a copy of that, should I get copies of all the evaluations and have them on file?

I dont know if ill need them, but I kept the case logs, L-6 cali forms, and evals from all of my rotations - just in case someone in a white walled castle who is bitter about losing their state pension has a hair up their oriface that gets hemorrhoids.
