    Arbor Estates

    Advertisements

Does anyone know ANYTHING about Arbor Estates? I will be living there for the next year. It is managed by Solutions. That's as much as I know. If anyone can offer me any information regarding security, living conditions, how far away it is from AUC, and things of that sort, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

You may need a car for shopping, eating out etc., but it's a 3 minute walk to the school. I used to live there and work at the school. Perfect place to live. Good security, nice pool that overlooks the lagoon.

It is a really nice area. Great pool and safe behind a huge gate. Very close to school too.
If you just keep telling yourself it's all worth it in the end, perhaps you'll actually believe it.

It is a really nice quiet area walking distance to school. They have a pretty nice pool. The only bad thing (depending on your point of view) is that I have heard they do not allow pets, although I could be wrong. I do see a security guard outside at all different hours and they also just built a giant wall surrounding the complex that I would guess is for security.

I'd say that no pets is a plus

I am also going to be living in Arbor Estates starting this fall. It looks like a really nice place and is really close to campus. The only concern I really had was the size of the rooms, they seem kinda small since they have king size beds, which doesn't really leave much space for a study desk or anything. So for anybody that lived in Arbor Estates before, was it easy to put a study desk in the room or did you just always go to the library and study? Any other info about the place would be great, it sucks renting an apartment without even seeing it.
