    Acceptance, Completed, Next?

    Advertisements

Alright, so AUC let me in for the August 2006 class, yet I am still somewhat confused about my future as a physician if I attend. If I want U.S. rotations, since I will be coming back to the U.S., is it not going to be a problem?

For some reason I am in a rush to get on with my education. Most people would tell me with my grades that I should take a year off, do more stuff, reapply, try again, but for some reason I dont find that feasible since I think its a waste of a year.

The acceptance letter just asks for 1500, I am assuming once I pay them they will send me information on the steps I need to take to get ready to go there?

    Thanks.

You won't have a problem getting rotations in the US. That's the least of your concerns(although you'll hear tons of rumors that state otherwise but they are just that... rumors). Financial aid is probably the biggest problem you'll encounter during your final acceptance process unless you have good/decent credit. You should now start to get ur finances in order and repair any bad credit you have.

After you send in the 1500, they will send you some info as time goes by and about 2-4 months before you start, you should be getting a orientation guide of some sort which will answer a bunch of your questions.

Best of luck. Let us know if you have any more questions. (just be ready to be made fun of by the rest of the AUC valuemd crew, consider it an initiation ritual)
Finally beat Super Mario Bros within 7 mins.

Yes, part of the initiation is learning how to properly make fun of SOE for things like watching the Gilmore Girls.
