Just wondering if this is a set standard for all the Caribbean schools. I may have already answered my question.

    Thanks for your answers though!

NO exit, but you need all step 1, step 2 cs and ck and finished all rotations and of course paid all your tuition....

When I was on the island, back in 2012, you had to pass the COMP in order to leave the island and be eligible for step 1.

Yes what Vick said...I left the island a few months back and this is how it was...you finish your 4 semesters and you then do Kaplan review program on the island (Kaplan Drs fly to the island and teach us for about 3 months; a new professor every week or 2; this is different from some schools that say they have Kaplan but all they have are some recorded Kaplan videos that the class as a whole watches in a classroom) then you fly back to the states and study for your exam...you must pass a comp shelf at a prometric testing center with a 72 (205 equivalent) for Aua to allow you to schedule step1. You must take step1 within 3 months after passing the comp shelf. After that wait a month for your score and once you pass Aua will schedule you for rotations. Since rotations last about 2 months at a time you may wait one month to 2 months to start rotations...Aua contacted me about 4-5 days after I got my passing score and told me where I was headed and when I had to be there.
