    Man, I hope this guy never proofreads one of my clinic or ER notes. Sentence fragments, abbreviations, misspelled words, misplaced apostrophes, incorrect/absent punctuation..he'd have a field day.

    One might assume that an individual holding an advanced degree such as Medical Doctor would similarly hold a high school level comprehension of English.

    That would be a wonderful assumption, and it would be SO nice if it had any direct relation to reality. Alas, it flies directly in the face of medical records worldwide.

    In fact, I dare say that EMR even makes things worse, because you can no longer give a physician the benefit of the doubt.
