You can not! What you can do is set up your AUA mail account to push messages to your "normal"email account (gmail etc) then st up that account on your iPhone!

Does anyone know how to setup the iPhone (iOS 6) to check AUA email? Thanks.

After messing around with the settings I figured it out. It is possible to check your AUA email on the latest iOS (6.1.3), but you have to enter the settings manually. Choosing Add Account --> Microsoft Exchange does NOT work. You have to manually add an IMAP account. Under username ENTER YOUR FULL AUA EMAIL ADDRESS (ex: [email protected]). Here are the IMAP settings to use for incoming server and SMTP settings to use for outgoing server. Enter your full aua email address and password for SMTP also.
IMAP setting
Server name: pod51010.outlook.com
Port: 993
Encryption method: SSL
SMTP setting
Server name: pod51010.outlook.com
Port: 587
Encryption method: TLS
