you'll have to set up a filter in outlook to forward all email to whatever your personal account is

In the past, this was possible, but when I tried in the last year or so it has not worked. I asked IT and they said it was not possible anymore so I just gave up. Try contacting IT, maybe things have changed since I last tried?

As far as I know, they removed all filters as well. IT really wants us to use the web app, as they want to make sure we can't say "I didnt get that email". Although, I have to clear out my mail every so often because we do not get a lot of space.

I sent an email to the head of IT about this, and never got a response.
