First Aid,Kaplan lecture notes (internal med),Review For USMlE Step 2 by Lippincott,Crush Step 2-Brochert and Blueprints in Ob and Gyn. U world 30 days before exam. If you have a very weak knowledge base, read ALL Kaplan lecture notes.
I have a classmate who has FA 6th edition for sale

I'm not really using FA, other than for peds. There really isnt one great source like there was for step1.

Please take a minute from your busy schedule and explain how UW addresses the various aspects of CK.
    Thanks.

In addition, what do you think about these resources......

Kaplan Medical USMLE Step 2 Clinical Skills - Fourth Edition
Kaplan Medical USMLE Step 2 CS: Complex Cases - Second Edition
Kaplan Medical USMLE Step 2 CK Qbook - Fourth Edition

between the material you learn in rotations and the books you should be skimming through on the floors, when the time for CK prep comes you should already be relatively prepared. i always carry my mass gen pocket medicine book in my white coat and read it whenever i have a few minutes of downtime, which probably has enough info in it to do remarkably well.

i also read the following books since i started rotations:

surgery - surgical recall, general anatomy text
IM - step up to medicine, first aid for CS
cardiology - EKG in emergency diagnosis, some pocket echo book (best bang for your buck rotation - uworld cardio Qs are a joke after a good rotation)
pathology - selections from robbins and rapid review path. also read HY obgyn
surgery deux - washington manual of surgery

CK is basically step1 + patient management. the step1 stuff is already in your brain; management is a skill acquired through practice. i'm not taking any time off for CK; i simply read throughout my 3rd year and gave up what little free time i had in the past 5 weeks to work through uworld. i have 2% of the questions remaining and am on target to beat my step1 score.
