Title IV loans around august 2010?

    Advertisements

    Found this on SMU website
"foreign medical schools with a clinical training program approved by a State on or prior to January 1, 2008, to gain Title IV eligibility over the course of an approximately two year period subsequent to August 2008". This change was do to president bush's higher education act.

sorry to burst your bubble but this will never happen....AUC/Ross/SGU will be the only carib schools for US students to ever have title IV funding....and if this EVER happened why would you want to stay at AUA or who ever else get's the funding?...why wouldn't you go to a place with better education since you KNOW they would jack up the price to make it comparable with AUC/Ross...by 2 cents...but it really doesn't matter because it will never happen...I think the law they are referring to is for schools that are < 25% non native students...so if you go to those...but most of those schools already have title IV ....

Any input from school officials? I understand AUA has "lobbyists" in Washington. So what's the word?
