    I think you generally need at least a C in your pre-reqs...I would take it over again.

    I second this. I would take it again. Most schools don't recognize pre-reqs unless you have a passing grade of a C. Not to mention, it just doesn't look good to have a D, and what are the odds that you'll get a D in Orgo I and get a C, or better, in Orgo II? It'd be better in the long run to re-take Orgo I over the summer or something, and if there's time in summer session II, take Orgo II then, or just wait and take it in the Fall, but I'm guessing you might not want to wait that long. Either way re-take Orgo I.
