my parents need long term care. dad is 65 showing signs of Alzheimer's, mom is 63 having severe spasm and athritis. they need help with daily activities such as eating, bathing and moving around since they are pretty frail. Seniors would need home-care once they lose their capacity to do things on their own--even the simplest activity. this is costly since you need to hire a caregiver or a professional health care provider if you cant look after your parents. however, seniors with medical needs should be moved in nursing home or assisted living facilities
