if the school doesnt release the transcript, i will sue the school with the best lawyers.

The best lawyers can't make an Island school release records if they have an issue with you. Different schools have different policies on transfers for 5th. I would call the Admin office and talk. VMD will most likely not give you the answers you need. I know this school took a bunch of students from MUA-B.
