clinicals in atlanta

I was wondering if anyone knew what the clinical situation was like in atlanta with the gmc group? i've heard you rotate through doctors offices for the most part. How is the teaching? Is it true that these rotations can be acgme approved because of the doctor's affiliations through other acgme approved organizations or schools?
