I'm going to be doing a pre-med to MD program in September, 2008. However, I'm not sure if I should go with Xavier or Windsor. Any insight folks could provide would be much appreciated. Thank you very much for your assistance.

Pre med in the islands - They have no credit back home. Zilch - zero - do your premed in the US and apply to a US school. See the pre-med forum about post bac programs. Save yourself a boat load of heart ache and a world of trouble. Don't take short cuts.

So tell me, if thats the case, why are students who come abroad (europeans for example) successful getting jobs in the states after they graduate from the carribean?
