California Licensure?

I don't think that a curriculum alone will get California licensure. There are many hurdles, including a faculty that is doing research, etc. If St. Mathews can 't get it yet, I don't think Xavier will be able to any time soon. But if that is a goal of the administration, and not just for advertizement, then that is admirable, but a long haul from just setting up your campus on Aruba.

Any licensed grads of Xavier yet?

Doex Xavier have any licensed grads or are any of the students in the process of being licensed soon?

Also, are there any residents of Xavier yet? How many students are expecting to match for 2006?

Which states (cities) does Xavier have clincals, now that the contract with GMC will terminate at the end of Dec. 2005?

We currently have 2 graduates in Residency, who began this summer. As far as Matching for 2006, we currently have 7 students in this process. With respect to clinicals and Xavier we will continue to use our 11 hospitals in the Atlanta Metro area, adding the our recently aquired Chicago rotations by the January time frame. I will reiterate again concerning Graduate Medical Consultants, they are not shutting down or leaving Atlanta. They will continue to use their numerous hospitals in Atlanta ,11, and the only change that students will expect to see is that they have moved into a larger office for expansion.

Are the GMC people co-owners of Xavier along with the owner of St. Chris?

Xavier and St. Chris currently have no co-ownership or affiliation. Xavier has no co-ownership, contract or affiliation with ANY other medical school.
I am at a loss as to why you and others continually come onto our threads and try to instigate conflict and deter current and future students with information made up or at least unconfirmed. Have you ever called our office with respect to your questions, asking for or even demanding answers? Sure, there are things that can improve for our young school, but I challenge you to find one piece of documented evidence showing dishonest or unethical behavior on the part of XUSOM. No information in regards to liscensure and its requirements cannot be found through a little research at the websites we have shared numerous times. Once again, we at Xavier believe information is key to students success and we do not hesitate to give any information asked for, and certainly do not recommend or present information not backed by a medical educational body.

So you are saying that the owner of St. Chris, showing up in the documents in NJ as the owner of Xavier Admissions LLC isn't an owner of Xavier and you have no contractual or stock ownership with them? No joint venture with GMC in Atlanta?

After petioning some time during a Board of Director's meeting this afternoon, it was explained that the owner of St. Chris had an initial consulting role for a little under 3 months during the establishment of Xavier-Bonaire. This is why his name appears on some documents. I truly hope this satisfies your questions, not having any bearing on the academics of Xavier.

So are you trying to say that after reading on valuemd you called a board of director's meeting? Wow isn't it amazing!!!!!!
I am not wrong, the document dated june 2005. So was Xavier - Bonaire started in 2005?? It was clearly mentioned Mr. or Dr. L's name. May be you don't have any knowledge about that document.
So you have clincials at 11 hospital's in around Atlanta. Please call a board of director's meeting and again confirm are those hospitals or private clinics? May be 3 of them are Dr. B the owner of Xavier's private clinic. Rest may be the clinical director's clinic. Are they ACGME accrediated, I am talking about those clinics?
