Anyone know what kind of food is served in the cafeteria? I would imagine a wide variety, since there are many student with different religious backgrounds that have strict diet restrictions?

ok, im not sure where to post this question but this is about the only place that gets responses. i've got a 3.4GPA (college) and roughly 60 hours. I've got volunteer experience from UT Southwestern Cancer Center (168 hours), and research also from UT Southwestern Medical Center....and over 5000 hours of community service hours. Can someone tell me my chances of getting in?

thank you for the reply windorMD. also i was wondering if the dorms can be had for single person use? or we don't have a say in this and share? also, my electronics equipment is quite expensive so should i bring it to the school or buy cheaper stuff? ie. laptop alone is well over $4k...so should i get a cheaper notebook or something? and lastly, if we bring credit/debit cards to the island do the work or not?

you will not be able to get into the MD program without 1 year of Bio, Chemistry, and Physics at the undergraduate level.
You will have to start in Pre Med.

i do not know the current situation of dorms on the island as I finished there quite a while ago. i wouldnt recommend bringing expensive electronics to the island. credit cards work fine on the island. i am not sure about debit cards.
