FYI *15 Day USMLE Bootcamp *
Background: This is a new program being implemented this semester at Carbondale. Basically six MDs' (recent grads from India) who have scored 90+ on the USMLE (Step1,2,3) cover 7 seven subjects in 15 days. Additionally they review 1K cases or questions over the 15 days.
Cost: This semester the cost is 300$ for all MD5 students. In the future it will be added on to every students MD5 tuition bill. Also, any Windsor student who fails Step 1 will be required to attend this class. (Per USMLE Sponsorship Questionnaire) Time: 9-5 , 7 days a week! LINK

PRO and CONS
PROs :
1. A last complete review before Kaplan. 2. Great insight into the STEP 1 exam by faculty that have taken it recently. 3. If your goal is to do 10K questions before the step than this will get you 1K closer. 4. Better structure than the regular USMLE review at Carbondale. Cons : 1. Cost....300$ on top of the regular semester tuition that we already pay. 2. Bad timing...There was no advance notice that this program is coming and most students were out of town for the weekend that it started. 3. Decreased Physical Diagnosis class time. (PD is one class at Windsor that need a major over haul!)  4. I don't know if this is a con for this course. But it puts the regular USMLE review at Carbondale to shame. I wish that the original course was somewhat like this.

At Windsor 1+1 is always 5$ out your pocket...so its easy to get confused sometimes...Thanks for the heads up...its 1K.
