I really don't know what to say...many of us were asked to fill out the form and some like you were not. I will wait to see if this form is required or not. Based on the feed back that other students give, I will either keep it as a sticky or remove it.

I called the US Info office and they do want the USMLE Sponsorship form filled out and sent to them before your ECFMG certification form comes to them. Not sure about the $50 application fee though (don't remember paying for this).

How long does it take after they receive the form to process? They'll have mine before this friday
I'm a transfer and taking step I mid june in 7 weeks, and praying that I can have this all completed with a date in hand in 3 weeks max. What do u guys think?
