Hi. When I checked the osap website before it said that Windsor receives osap loan but now when I checked the site a few days ago it says it doesn't receive loans no more. I called up the information office and asked and they said no Windsor still recieves loans and to check again with osap, so I called osap and asked and they said no they are not giving loans to Windsor. I called the information office again and asked them and they said no that they still get loans and when I apply to tell osap I am going to Windsor. I'm confused because on the site and when I talked to the people at osap they said Windsor doesn't receive loans but Windsor states it does. If anyone knows anything about whether Windsor receives osap loans or not can you please let me know? Thank you.

many students have OSAP and are still getting OSAP ...nothing has changed...you are being misinformed by whomever that told you otherwise

Well, I think since osap is the one providing the loan, they would know which school they will lend to.

I checked the osap website and windsor is not listed. But, Ross, AUC, Spartan, for example, showed up.

osap site doesn't have windsor's name on their list, and they said they are not giving windsor loan but windsor says they are receiving loan. Is there anyone in Windsor who might know what's going on with osap since both sides have a different story. Thank you.

i know of a girl who JUST got her OSAP while in Carbondale. Unless things changed for NEW applicants, I personally know that people are getting OSAP.

if things are not confirmed, and this is a reason for attending a school, my advise would be to try another school where you know 100% OSAP is available.

ok i just saw on their website that it's meant for canadian students but anybody know of any other loans available for internationals that really works?

Even I'm trying to file for OSAP, but WINDSOR is not listed in it hence its not possible at present to complete the OSAP file to avail loans from them. But its not so that OSAP won't give the loans, In order to get WUSM listed again in OSAP list, the officials of WUSM have to fill few of the forms which is available from OSAP office.Check out the link pasted below for further informations regarding getting WUSM approved for OSAP


When WUSM contacts the office of OSAP they will send them few forms and when they fill it up, its sure they will add the name of WUSM in their list. As many new students from canada attend WUSM, many of the students will be helped if they can avail loans from WUSM. In past WUSM was listed in OSAP, but this year it has been removed, so i request the students or who can take this into consideration and can help out to make this information avail to the deans office, please make them check out this link which is pasted here.
