Ya there is a nigerian guy from Windsor but the catch is i guess he must be a greencard holder/citizen...Since that program does not provide visas....

the nigerian kid is sure a greencard holder or that wont have been possible and that's the nigerian kid windsormd toldme to check out but the school there is a nigerian school, so didnt get it.
