Do I need to exchange from US dollar to EC dollar? If I have to, where can I exchange in St kitts?

use ur us dllars at IGA when youf irst buy groceries they give you a good rate

IGA is a grocery store towards town. Compared to RAMS, IGA is much better, in my opinion.
