please research the thread
if you are a high school student do not go to medical school thinking you'll fall through the cracks and automatically become a licensed board certified physician

Thanks for the information, but some colleges like Xavier University, Bonaire and Aruba and a few other universities do not require any credits in order to enter........what are your thoughts on that??

those colleges admit people into their program just like Windsor does in its premed program. Getting into the school does not guarantee that you will get licensure. From what I, along with many other people in this thread, have read is that you need 60-90 credit hours, depending on the state, of college credit. Windsors premed does not count towards any college credit.

Texas Info
In Texas they require you to have 60 college hours form an accredited college to get licensed. It would be best to search and read the state licensing rules for the states you want to practice in. I have listed the rules for Texas below.
§163.2. Full Texas Medical License.Note that the state may not consider the premed program as equivalent to a US college or university. I would get a degree first. Hope this helps... FYI: Windsor is not on the Texas Equivalence list meaning that you will have to go through several steps to get licensed and you still may not be licensed.
