So what happens if you did a semester of community college after high school and then came to a 6 year medical program in Europe somewhere and then you decide to transfer to Windsor after you finish your basic sciences to start the clinical rotations? are the 4 years of basic sciences here equal to 60-90 credit hours of work?

^ you gotta worry about explaining you jumping from one school to another... a lot of "island hoppers" that transfer from one caribbean school to the next to complete their semesters fail to think about the hardship down the road....
