New campus = disappointments / 5th semester
So I came to windsor back in sept 2005, Im about to leave. WIndsor officials promised a move to the new campus by January 2006. Lies. I thought it was possible, but every time I went to check out the new campus, there were a few people working there, or no people at all. Last time I checked the campus was prolly back in August. Now its November, and NOT A THING has changed. Bastids man.
There are now two solid teachers here, the pharm prof (he is new), and the anatomy/neuro prof, the awesome physio and path profs left. (They got their visas to the US) Yes rumor has it, they were mail order grooms...sans pants. The rest of the profs are OK. So back to topic, I am really disappointed, I would have wanted to see the new campus before leaving, maybe have a class in it. Now I'll be seeing the campus as I come back for vacation. On another note, holy COW, there are a ton of premeds, I mean a TON of yall. Not to mention transfers, and MD 1's, lots of yall came The current school location is not enough space if students keep comin in like that. I mean Er'body is gettin lap dances in class right now. I dunno what the hell is happnin here with admin officials here, or those clowns in PA. I want to know where my money went. SO yeah it went to get new comps in the comp lab and new projectors. But I paid a sizable sum, and so did lots of other kids. So to see the new campus chill like that for months is disappointing. Blah blah blah, things in St kitts take long blah blah blah, jeez, things in India prolly take longer, and thats why the school is movin so slow?? A million and one things to fix with this school. Great school, Id come here again. But I'd like to see progress made. Im making progress in class/USMLE studies, why cant the school make progress on their end?? 5th semester in carbondale is LONG Jan 3 - May 11. Lots of mock tests living in basically a mini windsor campus. Assessments every day and mock exams every two weeks. Big chunk of mock exams in the end with "pre-clinicals" of general clinical know how for nearly a month. I'll be postin bout carbondale when im up there for sure. Until then, I hope current students get to see this fabled new campus. Good luck on your finals, and decisions to come here, if you have any questions, you know the drill, post or pm. Quash |
