Talking Finally

Ok... Bouk. Intelligence prevails!!!....some nice points maybe u could rub some of this on your future collegues at MUA .

As a pointed out before to Unaccomplished. The purpose of these forms are to be constructive. We may agree or disagree but there no need to bash!!

I glad someone gets it!!!

Obviously this conversation is going the wrong way, first of all, my question to you "UNaccomplished" how do you know what kind of resources are available at Windsor, you are not a current student of Windsor and you don't know anything about in internal structure of this fine medical school. According to your previous posts, you visited the island and looked at the school, did you for once thought that 200 students per semester are right. I am not sure what you based your decision on to go to MUA, maybe they have a better playground for you because I can assure you our resources are more than adequate and our graduate with USMLE passing rate speak for themselves. Why don't you stick to your shcool and stick to your domain and get off our behinds. You obviously have no credentials to post on this site and you are misleading future fellow students with your lies. We welcome all Future Windsor students and treat them like families, anywhere you go in St.Kitts people have respect for Windsor students especially at the St.Kitts Medical Center where our students are commended every semester on the knowledge and experience they bring. We honestly don't care about what you think of WUSM, its your opinion or better yet its your Mommy and Daddy's opinion since you had no choice in what school they send you to. What matters is the learning process, if you want to be a doctor you can at MUA, but to be a succeful doctor and get the hands on experiences with real patients in real life, you can consider dropping out of MUA like your colleagues did and come to Windsor. Although I am not sure if you qualify for acceptance, but you can have your Daddy speak to our Dean and arrange for your transfer. Lets face it MUA does not have the better reputation on this Island. Maybe its time to open your eyes and see the light. come over and I will personally give you a tour of the facility and show you around a little then you can come to my house for a cup of coffee and a stress releive session and I am sure you will have a different idea of Windsor at that time. Let me know when you arrive, my offer stands until the end of this semester.

so if im reading right enzyme you're saying that you can only become a successful doctor through being a student at Windsor?

IMO becoming a successful doctor is directly proportionate to the effort, determination and drive a person puts into going after this goal. A school's track record can definately give a student a helping hand to reach this but if the will isn't there there is NOTHING a medical school can do....this is the case in US medical schools and caribbean alike.

I agree with you 100%, maybe you can put a little dent in your colleague's attitude to stop bashing our school. I think it is only inappropriate to post lies on a public professional medical forum. I think you are making more sense than her in your posts and I only wish she reads and learn from you. after all you sound allot more mature than her. Bottom line, all schools are alike the only difference are the students and their will to learn.

Best of luck to you.

You can call it bashing but when someone SEES it with their two eyes you can't tell them they didn't see it. That's all I have to say. I'm not going to get deeper into the comments you made. Nor am I hiding behind anyones coat. I have NO problem saying what I feel.. I don't need to hide behind anyone. This is hilarious.. it's like someone saying a woman is ugly and just because you think she's beautiful the person who think she is ugly is immature? wrong? bad? Oh please.. this is a joke. This is about OPINION. it is a FORUM.. and my OPINION will REMAIN... VISIT THE SCHOOL before you decide to go, so you know you made the right decision...if WINDSOR fits your standards, go ahead and attend, after all..an intelligent person will remain intelligent.. but just remember.. REPUTATION does matter...

Oh, you have no idea how much I would like it if you go deeper, or better yet if I go deeper. What you saw in your own pretty eyes is a temporary building while the new campus is being built, now obviously you did not want to see beyond the structure of a building and you limited your thinking (which is not by choice) to the outer shell, well I have news for you, reputation does not come from the beauty of a campus nor from the beauty of your eyes (which by the way I am impressed with the new picture, nice dress, are you coming soon?) reputation comes from the education you receive behind those walls and proof of that is the USMLE passing rate of Windsor. I agree with Quash that no matter where you study is it all the same if you are not ready, and from what I can see here that you are only looking at the beauty on the surface not within, again I don't expect anymore from you since you have allot more to learn in life, I am sure when you reach 21 you will look at things from a distance prospective. It is true that our current campus is not as big as MUAs but our new campus is going to make MUA look like a shack, does that change the contents of those two buildings? in your opinion yes but in the opinion of all mature readers of this post is NO. so again, leave the hatred behind you in Nieves and jump on the fairy its only $15 and come to me so that I can show the beauty within and we can go as deep as you like. Let me know when you're arriving.

Listen, I was just mentioning that the campus wasn't asthetically pleasing, that is all!.. I didn't judge the professors, or the students, all I said it what I saw.. wasn't trying to cause anomosity, just stating what I felt. I don't think any carribbean school is drop dead gorgeous.. except for maybe AUC? SGU? You pay for it after all...so let's just drop it...

btw, enzyme.. i'm 23 in June.. so i'm not as little as you thought..and am oddly flattered by your one compliment amongst several insults

see you down in Sept...

Amazing!

It is just simply amazing how people get offended when others speak the truth on this forum.

It is nice to read that Windsor is building a new building. But the truth remains as Ms Accomplished has said the existing building from whence Windsor dispenses Medical Education is woefully lacking!

It is insulting, in my opinion, for anyone to subject other humans to the facilities at Windsor.

Even the local primary schools are housed in better conditions.

As to why this thread should have been prolonged because one person spoke the truth about what they saw is simply really amazing.

I am not commenting on the standard of education- but certainly the existing facilities are suitable for ............................?????? but definitely not a school.
