I failed step 2 CK

I failed step 2 CK. I used UW and got 65%. My friends got 59% on the UW and he passed. Why?

I think UW scores fluates with the amounts of questions you do. Many of their questions can be found on the web so if you search the web a lot then it is no surprised that you will run across them.
