Talking 217/89 Exam experience

I passed CK with a 217/89.

UW 61% (only 50% done)
NBME form 2 was 400 2 weeks prior (no questions done prior to this)
NBME form 3 was 450 1 week prior

This website was helpful for me to find out how people were scoring in comparison to there NBME so I hope this helps someone.

The exam was not to bad, I didn't really prepare myself for the day. I got quite tired toward the end, but I only took breaks every 2 blocks. But I did take a breathing break in between every block for about a minute or two.

I hope this helps, Good Luck to all!!!!

congrats! i had pretty similar stats, but got a 79/193. i took mine in july. i really think there is something to taking it in the off season. i know people say it's all rumors, but over time after looking at friends of mine who've taken it, it seems to follow that taking it when the US students are not taking it might be a better idea, who knows though.

I did mine Jan 29, Scor reported Feb 20.
My score 93/226.
Concentrated on Kaplan books. Couldn't do any questions. Didn't get to read latter part of surgery and psychiatry.
My experience says if you get the concept right you could do well.
Questions definitely help, but you'll get better benifit from them if you know your material.
I am happy with 93/226, but I feel I could've done better if I read through the material twice.
