is this a true dead end?

I took ck 3x and last one is 72. I am 3 points away from my degree. I used all the prep courses (world, Kaplan and NMRP exam); all of which showed I was ready to take the exam. I feel like the retake scale is different or I react differently on the actual exam. I have over >230k loan on repayment status, which I don't know how to pay. Is this the end of my dream to succeed? Or is this a true dead end in life? Any suggestions or help appreciated.

hey

i am sorry to hear about your test....i dont have any words of wisdom..just some to encourage you. don't give up...i took step one just recently...and I passed on my 4th attempt. you can do this. did you do usmleworld questions? what were your percentages like? did you feel really anxious during the test? all i can say is that i have been there and have gone what you have gone through. i also question the idea of whether medicine was for me...but its a transient feeling and it will pass.! continue to study and do questions...the big thing for me was reading the bible and praying...it gave me a source of comfort and strength that i was unable to get from anywhere else. if this is what you want to do for the rest of your life...push yourself, study hard...and I know that you will make it through. God bless you. take care

kaplan and uw I was getting over 80% but most were a repeat questions. The first time I took nmrp simulated exam, it's prediction for actual exam was 207 but I got 173. Of course, it does say for first time takers. I am guessing I have to score way above the first time takers passing score. no? I am not sure if i can do that and how. I really do not know what else to do.
