I have about a month and a half to study for step2. I am studying from Kaplan. I just finished reading Medicine (1st reading) and now I am doing OB/GYN. I feel as though I could read the rest of the material from the latest edition of first aid. I mean it takes a lot of time to read the kapln notes and at the end of theday you need to remember the few important facts from First aid. My question is If I read Medicine in Kaplan and the rest from first aid would I be OK? I know medicien is like 60% of the exam.

I am taking the test in July and I found Kaplan's Video lectures for medicine really helpfull. Specially the part by Dr. Fischer. I found surgery and OB/GYN preety easier than Medicine. 2006 CMDT is also a good source.I think you better go for Kaplan's Notes for everything and Take USMLE WORLD q-bank. Good Luck.
