Thread: Chances of passing?

Hello, I want to know what are my chances of passing this exam...
Positive things:
I think my english is good, didnt have a problem to talk to the patients
Had time to finish all 12 encounters and patient notes, knocked the door, said Hi, smiled, ask permition to examine, didnt examine through gown, wash hands, did transition questions, anwered the challeging questions, sumarize counseling, etc
Negative:
-Forgot to say to the patient I had to do a rectal exam later on (but wrote it in the patient note)
-Didnt ask why a patient wasnt sexually active and it might be related to the case
-Forgot to ask family hx in one case
-In the patient notes: forgot 3 important dx test in 3 different cases and 1 important dx in one case, didnt write fundoscopy findings in a case (but I did it for the patient during the encounter) and didnt write another negative pertinent physical aspect that i did for the patient.
-Couseled about diet and exercise in one case, smoking in 2 and no alcohol because no one drank much. Is that ok?

I think you did well, hope for the best

i passed, guess it doesnt matter if you make a lot of mistakes or if you missed what u think could have been the most important diagnosis.
