Home, Education, Activities, Drugs, Diet, Suicide, Sexual history and safe sex practice.

can I ask whether patient is male or female? becuase information says she was 19 yo male & aslo gives her vital signs. reason to ask is whether to ask or not about sexual pratice.is that important in history & d/d?

If IM is suspected, tell the Patient not to have any physical activities for several weeks because of the possibility of splenic rapture.
