Confuse about vitals!

Heh guys, i have a questions about doing vitals on pt during the test. Do we have to do vitals on standard pt even if it's given on the door?

hey,
you only have to do vitals in case of cardiology case. otherwise use the information on the chart.
one reason you would redo the vitals is to get a standing and resting BP. or BP in both arms.
