ans

595a- B:motor urge incontinence, 595b- D:Scheduled voiding
MS leads to incontinence through its effects on the CNS.pts usually present with a combination of urge incontinence(overactivity of the detrusor muscle secondary to loss of inhibitory signals from the brain)and overflow incontinence from an adynamic bladder.the most likely cause here is urge incontinence bcoz of low postvoid residual vol.Typically large volumes of urine r lost. The simplest and safest Tx is scheduled voiding which avoids stretching the bladder walls and activating the reflex to void.
