FA Step 2 CK enough for 99?

so its been 4 months since i took step1 and i guess its time to acknowledge step2 is on the horizon and stick it in the back of my mind for now.

i only used FA + uworld/qbank for step1 and it worked well, so i was wondering if the same strategy will yield similar results. i see people mentioning crush and step up but i like the format of FA and wanted input from others regarding the material itself.

i will have completed family, surgery, and IM when i'm nearing test day. what other rotations/electives will provide high yield material? is obgyn, psych, or peds well represented on the test?
