Should I postpone CK?

My CK is scheduled for next Friday and I am not feeling like I am ready yet... Have been doing UWorld for the past 3+ weeks as review. Making 59% with like 45% remaining, all timed, unused, 46 q blocks.

While I feel very confident to pass with 80+, I scored very highly on Step 1 and will be dissappointed if my score drops a whole lot. I also wonder what programs will think with a big drop in score also.

OTOH, how important is it to have a passing CK score available when the match opens (which I won't have if I push the date back). Also, my CS is not scheduled until the end of Sept.

Any ideas, advice? Anyone else go through this situation?

Forget it! I put it off three weeks. Decided that I'd rahter feel prepared (even if I wasn't actually so), than not feel prepared.
