Extention on elegibility period for CK

Hello, just I need to know if I can get a legibility period extention for the second time. The first one wan on oct to dec 2007, the i inquiere for extention period, (jan to march 2008), but fot too many causes, i dont' feel ready for step 2 CH (31 march 2008), so i am consider get mor time for study, but I am not sure if I can get a second elegibility period extention help me I really need advise.
