Hi Rose...
I hate to tell you, but there is no way of getting around those long boring kaplan videos and books... I know it's dreadful, but they REALLY worked for me. When it comes close to your exam date (w/n two weeks), do the high yield videos... NBME is a must also two weeks before -- on your score sheet it will tell you your weak spots, study those areas -- it really works -- I did and it was my weak spots that I scored best in.
Also world questions is a must! and it must be done TIMEd and random to stimulate the actuall exam. You will learn ALOT, material and timing wise.
I hope this helps. It's a long process I know, but in the end, it will pay off. I found out my score in the library and screamed at the top of my lungs because I couldn't believe it! I'm not a good test taker and was always the one with average everything, so it felt great how hard work does pay off!
Good Luck. You can do it.

For those repeating, my suggestions would have been different because they know most of the material already, otherwise I would have suggested doing questions timed.
