begin to read Kaplan books+ FA (or Crash), after first reading do some Qs like kaplan old Q bank (by subject), then read books again . After that buy online Usmle World at least for 2 months. When you finish all Qs with explanations take NBME form 1, read FA (Crash) , take NBME form 2--->take real exam! by that time you will be ready.

books are enough, i would say forget the qbook and focus 100% on usmle world questions and explanations. i think the q book is way to simple andf a waste of time imho and the videos are hit and miss, if you have the time view the first video and see if you like the instructor and if they are just reading the cases or giving you extra info. many just run through the cases and are a waste
