More than Sacroilitis is fusion of the sacro-iliac joint. The bamboo spine is right.

Are the following included among the choices:

1) ESR
2) Serologic test for RF (rheumatoid factor)

* The reason being is because 85% of cases of AS (ankylosing spon) have elevated ESR, but serlogic test for RF (rheumatoid factor) are characteristically negative.
