my guess
i think the answer is a)anti inflammatory dose twice the analgeasic dose.
NSAIDs are generally known to enhance the activity of oral hypoglycemics, but ibuprofen is the agent known to have the least amount of interference. so i dont think it has to do with oral hypoglcemics. the half life shouldn't be affected by the dose because it's an independent constant.
