hi all! i'm about to send in my step 1 application but this has to be certified by an official. you see i graduated in the Philippines and am now living in Canada so i can't get a medical school official to sign. so who do i get to sign this? Philippine consulate since i graduated there or US consulate since they are gonna be the ones who will be using my application? Thank you!
