Hello,

I've been struggling with Step 1 for over a year now. I have a language learning disability and had a lot of problems the first time I took Step 1 and did very poorly. I've been studing most of the last year or so, and just keep feeling affriad that I will fail again.

I've gone through Qbank this last month and averaged a 76% when all was said and done, thru all the questions. I signed up for the NBME self assessment but haven't taken them yet, I think the first time I took one over a year ago I didn't do very well on one of them either.

So if anyone out there can offer me some helpful words, I'd really appreciate it.
