Hi , I am not a expert but maybe your friend is spending to match time at work ?
In case there is a family that need his time & financial support ,then is difficult to quit the job ,but a temporary absence for a moth for reviewing How about that?…
Maybe his a team player then is good to go for medical programs us a Kaplan or PASS, or Northwestern Medical Review. there are no miracle solution , 172 & 182 that not so far just 10 more !!!!
