just finished step1 today,oh finally i m relieved...
oh it was tiring,few blocks were good few were tough...
man its done .whatever the outcome may be....hope i clear thro with a decent score.

ok guys i thought i should help u guys and tell u all abt the stuff asked in my exam .i dont know if it will help u all but it
i hope it does.

lots and lots of patho guys.cns tumors,4-5 renal histopaths
cts and mri around 5.one was of tabes dorsalis,one was of epidural hge.
had 2 carotid angiograms-one was of aca stroke.
g6pd def question pt was on trimethoprim.
multiple myeloma question,burkitts,and ya even hus,ttp were asked.
ok in micro:cmv ,tb,herpes.
pharmac:mechanisms of acylovir,tetracyline,amphotericin,
agonist antagonist graph.there were few wierd pharm graphs i dont know from where these were asked,they were wierd hope these were included as experimental questions.
behavorial:schizo question,sensitivity,factitious disorder,
endocrine:female pseudohermaphrodite question,thyroid questin,cardio was asked in form of autoregulation question,
aortic stenosis,dilated cariomyopathy-chagas disease
respi-adult respi distress syndrome 2 questions
one was where histopath question was shown

o yes a cysticfibrosis question where person had steatorrhea and was asked as why answer is
exocrine pancreatic insuficiency.

question of multifactorial inheritance,
anticipation,
1st arch syndrome features were given and diagnosis was asked ans was TREACHER *******.

optic nerve damage ,gross of brainstem and arrow was stuck on to facial nerve and asked what it was.

wiskotaldrich syndromw,ataxia telengiectsi,c8deficiency,immunoglobin structure was given and structural questions o itwere asked.

people actually i cant remember more.if i will then will post them on the forum.


study hard and give the exam with confidence..
be cool and composed.
and have a goodnights sleep it really helps
i slept from 11 to 5 the previous night and it helped me kept goin..
